Terms of Use, License & Service Agreement

VJ-Street CONTENT is exclusively for public performance in ASCAP, BMI, SESAC licensed venues only. US production licensed by third party copyright holders. Duplication and resale is prohibited by applicable law. VJ-Street products are not available to the general public at large, but are available only to licensed DJ's/VJ’s, venues and non-broadcast professionals.

These materials are made available for VJ public performance applications as defined by VJ-Street Terms of Use and License Agreement and therefore are made available only to professional Video Jockeys, Non-Broadcast programming professionals, and are for use only in ASCAP & BMI performance rights compliant venues for PROMOTIONAL purposes only as defined by the US Copyright Act.

Licensee (YOU the DJ/VJ) may maintain the use of the CONTENT supplied to YOU by VJ-Street as a library during the duration of this agreement for promotional purposes only. VJ-Street and its agents retain the right to recall all CONTENT at the termination of this agreement or at any time thereafter and or upon demand of the record label, artist or copyright holders.

This license is an application by the Licensee to exhibit the content under US Federal Copyright Law ONLY AT THE LOCATION DESIGNATED HEREIN. Violation of this agreement subjects the Licensee to penalties as set forth in Section 101 of the US Copyright Act. Content may not be transferred, copied, duplicated, shared, uploaded nor utilized at alternative locations without the express written permission of VJ-Street. Content of PRODUCT may not be altered in any manner by the Licensee.

All Content is for PROMOTIONAL use only. No admission charge will be levied for the sole purpose of viewing or listening to the content of VJ-Street. The Licensee is solely responsible for payments that may be required by all performing rights organizations, e.g. ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, etc. and is required to be licensed by such entities where applicable. The CONTENT at all times will remain the property of VJ-Street and the PRODUCTS may not be re-sold or transferred
to any third party.

In the event of insolvency of the Licensee, or Licensee files a petition under any section of the US Bankruptcy Laws, or is adjudicated as bankrupt, or executed an assignment for the benefit of creditors or an involuntary petition in bankruptcy is filed against the Licensee, or a receiver or trustee is appointed for any of the Licensee’s or the venue’s property, or if the Licensee voluntarily or by permission of law loses control of the property or venue, or any interest in the location then VJ-Street at its sole discretion and option may terminate this agreement and all rights granted herein. This remedy shall be in addition to and without prejudice to any other rights or remedy provided by law to VJ-Street. The terms of this agreement are granted to the Licensee for a period of one (30 days) 1 calender month and shall renew as long as licensee participates for the same terms and conditions without further notice. Any violation of a portion of this agreement, whether in part or in whole, automatically terminates this agreement and all rights granted herein to the Licensee.

These terms and agreement set forth the entire understanding of both parties. The provisions of this agreement shall not be modified nor affected by any actual or alleged course of dealing, prior agreements, customs of usage of the parties, or the trade. No changes or modifications of any provision of this agreement shall be binding upon VJ-Street unless approved in writing.

VERY IMPORTANT: We strongly discourage manipulating and or re-rendering the content you get from here, since its already been prepared and ready to play in all digital format. Re-working the content will trigger internal coding that will subsquently cause your video content to lose quality, appear blurred, pixelated and perform poorly. You can not redistribute the content you get from this site. Its illegal and we will ban you from further usage. If a fellow VJ/DJ needs “help” with your “stuff”, show him the website. Each video on this site is coded with an SKU number to control piracy. We have also taken the extra step to encode markers at particular segments of the footage to protect the content. These markers are monitored by web crawlers. In any event If we catch our music on the pirate sites, we will track the SKU serial log numbers and trace it back to the downloader. You will be banned from the site and will terminate all your privileges. Further more we will forward your information (IP location, User ID and name) to the appropriate authorities.

By using this site, you are certifying that you are a DJ/VJ and will use the material on VJ-Street for the sole purpose of enhancing your performance as a DJ/VJ. And further more that you will not resale, reproduce, post, redistribute or broadcast any of the content you get from VJ-Street.

VJ-Street is a VJ Remix service designed mainly for V.J’s that spin videos in nightclubs and Events. All V.J’s will be required to give us feedback to the new music they receive.

You The VJ have read and fully understand the terms set forth herein and agree to be severally and jointly bound by the terms set forth herein.
